2010. February 24. 17:48 - Orpheus Harp, a new composition featuring world-class tenor
Orpheus' Harp is my latest composition that was commisioned by the Bela Bartok National Concert Hall in Budapest in 2008 to showcase both the spectacular voice of Szabolcs Brickner, a life-long friend of mine, and the world-class organ at the concert hall. The score calls for solo violin (Eurydice), harp (Orpheus' Harp) two percussionists, and organ. The performance took place in Budapest at the National Concert Hall on February 09, 2010. 2010. July 07. 09:58 - 2010 German tour with recordings and pics
My latest tour in Germany included two of the most significant historic organs in the country. The 3 manual 55 stops 1747 Hildebrandt organ at Wenzel Church in Naumburg was designed and inaugurated by J. S. Bach himself. The 4 manual 76 stop tracker organ at Merseburg Cathedral was completed in 1855 by the influential romantic organbuilder Friederich Ladegast and is the very organ which Franz Liszt composed most of his organ works for. I have uploaded recordings of my concerts on both organs on my website, enjoy! www.karosi.org/audiovideo.php

Exsultemus Transports to Hamburg
A review by Harvard Professor Dr. Christoph Wolff
October 1, 2009
The Exsultemus Ensemble opened its 2009-2010 Concert Season with an attractive program devoted to 17th and 18th-century sacred music from the city of Hamburg. (Three other traditional German musical centers – Darmstadt, Leipzig, and Dresden – will be featured later this season.) The program focused on the three composers who defined Hamburg’s musical life in their respective periods: Matthias Weckmann and Christoph Bernhard, the two star pupils of Heinrich Schütz, from the mid-17th century and Georg Philipp Telemann, the dominant figure in the 18th century. The juxtaposition of two distinct style periods proved to be most illuminating.
